Return and Refund Policy

1. Canceling an Order Before Shipment

If you need to cancel your order within 24 hours of payment, please email us at info@oasishomeessentials.ca with your order number, recipient name, and any other relevant details.

If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

If your order has already been shipped, we will contact the carrier to request a recall.

A C$25 recall fee per box will apply.

Please note that recalls are not always successful, so we recommend monitoring your tracking information closely and refusing delivery if needed.

If the package is successfully returned to our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.

Important:

Order changes or cancellations are not confirmed until you receive a response from our customer service team.

If you refuse delivery without our approval, you will be responsible for all related fees, including additional shipping and handling charges.

If your refusal is due to damage or defects, please take photos and contact us first so we can assist you properly.

4. Faulty or Damaged Products

Please inspect your items upon delivery.

If anything is missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours.

Examples include broken furniture parts, dents, or receiving the wrong item.

To speed up the resolution process, please provide:

• Photos or a short video of the issue

• Photos of the packaging

• Photos of the external shipping labels

We recommend reporting any issues within 30 days of receiving your order.

After 30 days, resolving the issue may be more difficult.

Note:

We do not cover repair costs if you hire an unauthorized contractor.

5. Return Policy

 We want every item to be a perfect fit for your home.

If it doesn’t meet your needs, you may request a return or exchange:

• Within 30 days for local warehouse orders

• Within 45 days for international warehouse orders

Eligible items must be:

• In brand‑new condition

• Unused

• Not assembled or installed

• In original packaging with all tags

• Including all accessories

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

• Sale items

• Customized products

• Offline purchases (items not listed on our website)

• Items marked “Non‑returnable”

• Bundled discounts (unless the entire bundle is returned)

• Assembled or disassembled items

• Items outside the return window (30 or 45 days)

Exceptions apply for damaged or defective products.

Packaging Requirements

Returned items must be in their original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, a C$45 repackaging fee per item will apply.

Return Shipping

• If the product is defective or not as described, we will cover the return shipping and provide a prepaid label.

• For all other returns (wrong size/color ordered, buyer’s remorse, cancellation after shipment, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. How to Return an Item

Email our customer service team with your reason for return.

We will provide a prepaid return label if applicable.

If you choose to ship the item back yourself, please email us to get the return address and send us the tracking number.

Oasis Home Essentials does not cover shipping costs for self‑arranged returns.

Once the item arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected.

If it is in brand‑new condition, we will issue a refund within 7 business days, minus any applicable return shipping fees (unless the return is due to a quality issue).

7. Missing Package

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, email us at info@oasishomeessentials.ca with your order number and tracking number.

We will investigate the shipment and assist you in locating the package.

8. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

If your original payment method is no longer available, we can issue a store credit for the refund amount.
