14. Dispute Resolution

14.2 Arbitration
At Oasis Home Essentials’ discretion, disputes related to your use of the Website or these Terms may be submitted to final and binding arbitration under the rules of the provincial/territorial consumer protection agencies, Canada
14.3 Time Limit to File Claims
Any claim arising from your use of the Website must be filed within one year of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims filed after this period are permanently barred.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta. For any legal action arising from your use of the Website, both parties consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Alberta, Canada and waive any objections based on venue or forum non convenience.

20. Coupon Policy
Oasis Home Essentials encourages customers to use coupon codes to save on purchases. We regularly share coupons with our email subscribers.
By redeeming Oasis coupons, you agree to the following:
a. Coupons may only be used on www.oasishomeessentials.ca
b. Minimum purchase requirements or item restrictions may apply
c. Expired coupons will not be accepted
d. Coupons have no cash value
e. Discounts must be applied before checkout; retroactive adjustments are not permitted
f. Coupons cannot be applied to past orders
g. Used coupons cannot be reinstated unless a system error occurred
h. Only one coupon code may be used per order
i. Each coupon may be used once per account unless stated otherwise

21. Entire Agreement
