At Oasis Home Essentials Store, we are dedicated to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Since we source products from a variety of trusted suppliers, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the supplier’s processing times.

Free Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping to most Canadian addresses, subject to the exceptions listed below.
Undeliverable Territories
We currently do not ship to the following territories:
Northwest Territories (NT)
Nunavut (NU)
Yukon (YT)
Restricted Address Types
We do not deliver to:
FPO addresses
APO addresses
PO Boxes
Restricted Postal Code Areas
We are unable to ship to locations where the postal code begins with:

3. Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.
We process and ship in-stock orders as quickly as possible — often the same day or the next business day.
Orders are typically shipped on the next business day if the item is in stock.
All timelines are based on business days (Monday–Friday).
Credit card payments are billed within 24 hours. Orders generally ship the following business day after payment confirmation.
If your order contains multiple items shipping to different locations, they may arrive in separate shipments.

Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location and carrier service.
If a shipment has not been fulfilled or shipped within 15 business days after label creation, you may contact our customer service team to request a cancellation or partial refund. Please refer to our Return Policy for further details.
Force Majeure
In cases of severe weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events, processing and delivery times may be delayed. We will resume normal operations as soon as possible.
4. Damaged Shipments
We carefully package all products to ensure safe delivery. However, damage may occasionally occur during transit.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
To help us process your claim quickly, please provide:
Photos of visible damage (scratches, dents, etc.)
Photos or videos showing operational issues
Photos of the packaging and shipping label
5. Order Tracking
You will receive at least two emails for each order:
Order Acknowledgement – Confirms your order details after purchase.
Shipment Confirmation – Includes your order number, carrier information, shipment date, and tracking number(s).
For real-time tracking updates, please visit the carrier’s official website using your tracking number.
You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account and visiting the Order Status or Track Your Order page.

Please confirm your shipping address before completing your order.
We ship to the address provided at checkout, and changes may not be possible once processing begins.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility if:
The product does not meet your expectations, or
The wrong item was ordered after it has already shipped.
